Pipe Fabrication Automatic Welding Machine (MIG)

Performance features
On-line Performance: Excellent (Designed completely as per the on line equipment of the production line)
Application: Backing welding or welding the pipes or the cover of the aluminum alloy pipe which need higher quality.
Welding Capacity: High (250-350inch/day)
Operability: Good (applicable and easy to operate even if you are a new user within a short period of time).
Surface finishing: Excellent (the welding gun will always be positioned in the optimum position)
Welding compliance rate: 98% min (without re-working for the skilled operator).
Driving Reliability: Good (driven by frictional force, however, it is required to set essential balance weight to offset large bending moment caused by elbows for large diameter pipe, or providing a chain tensioner to improve the reliability of the driving).

Driving System: Driven by three line stainless steel roller and turbine worm Or driven by two line rubber roller and reducer
Clamping system: Clamping arm move up & down electrically and clamps by screw manually/ clamping arm move updown electrically and clamps by screw
Bracket System: Separate type of trolley matching for welding machine, which may be adjusted along the track according to the length of the pipeline.
Counterweight System: No Counterweight
Speed~regulation Mode: VF stepless speed control system
Adjustment Mode: with electric cross regulator
